With a background in logistics, procurement, project coordination, and marine operations support, Jakob brings practical experience from offshore and nearshore technology deployments, including wave energy systems. His work centers on bridging the gap between engineering, supply chain, field operations, and real-world deployment planning. Through Aialik Marine, Jakob is focused on accelerating the deployment of next-generation marine technologies by providing grounded, execution-focused support to developers, researchers, and project teams working in the blue economy.
Dr. Landon Mackey
Landon Mackey is Co-Founder and Technical Partner at Aialik Marine, where he brings strong systems engineering experience and hands-on knowledge of marine technology deployment. His background includes technical leadership on nearshore wave energy deployments, with experience supporting system integration, field operations, recovery, refit, and redeployment activities. Landon’s work focuses on translating complex engineering requirements into practical deployment strategies that can be executed safely and effectively in real-world marine environments. At Aialik Marine, he supports clients through technical planning, systems coordination, and deployment-focused advisory services for next-generation marine technologies.
